Are you mindful with your cup of tea?
At my very first tea blending workshop in Feb, I walked our guests through a gentle tea mediation to encourage them to:
1) leave the outside world behind for two hours + be present and,
2) learn how to drink their tea/coffee/hot choc mindfully and turn it into an experience, rather than a routine.
Our guests commented that their tea tasted so much better doing it this way! When we are mindful in our day, we become more more aware of the good stuff, and less affected by the bad stuff!
